【Bangkok】Dog in Town Cafe @ Ekkamai, Bangkok!

Lemme introduce to you one of the dog cafes at Ekkamai, Bangkok! The cafe is easily accessbile by BTS and it's situated in a housing area. Don't worry, it is quite easy to locate it, just follow google maps direction to go.

Now, let the pictures do the talking! :)
Dog in Town cafe! Here we come!

I love the ambience of the cafe here and those quotes on the wall :)
\
Spotted first one! So cute!
Ahhh, sleeping soundly under the air-cond!
As I couldn't communicate with the staff there, it seems like there's no minimum spending required.

My matcha frappe &  the husky!
How cute !!!
We are allowed to play with the dogs but the puppy is too active! Can't catch it!
We were given some snacks to feed the huskies, Look at them!
So cute!
They were released to go outdoor and played
The staff was feeding them with ice
Having some ices to cool their body
The huskies couldn't bear the hot weather, they were waiting patiently to go inside the cafe.
I went there during December 2015, there were only 4 dogs that time. The dogs are named after BTS station, i.e Thonglo, Phloen Chit, Sathorn and..... one more which I have forgotten! Sorry!
This is a real dog!! Is that Alaskan?
Hey, Thong lor the giant
Most playful pup!
Hey, Phloen Chit!
The cafe is not crowded during my visit last time, so I really enjoy playing with the huskies. I would recommend you to pay a visit there if you really like dogs and don't want to travel far from the city.

End the post with one of my favourite picture, Thanks for reading.

【Walffeine Cafe】Hidden Gem in PJ Sea Park

xoxo

A new cafe was spotted in PJ Sea Park! It is opposite the famous Sea Park Nasi Lemak.

MUJI feel

Walffeine is serving my favourite waffles! Is it worth to visit? My answer is definitely YES! I have been paying visit to this cafe for a few times. Here's a compilation of my reviews during my visits. Keep reading and find out more!

The cafe looks really small from outside but I'm quite surprised to find out that it can fit quite a number of customers.

I tried their signature waffle burger during my first visit to the cafe. The combination of chicken/beef with waffle is something new to me. I always thought that waffle is meant for dessert only. I never know that it can be served this way as a main course and, to my surprise, this combination tastes really good.

Mexican Chicken Burger. My all time favourite :)

I have tried many other waffles served by other cafes and I would say that Walffeine is defintely one of the best waffles in town. The texture is very chewy and mochi-like with a hint of milky taste! I like it a lot because I personally prefer crispy and chewy waffle over "soft" waffles.

Generous size of Texas Chicken Burger

The price is very reasonable. It starts from RM15.90 and there is a promotion of 20% discount during lunch time (12.00nn-2.00pm) and dinner time (6.00pm-8.00pm). Thus, the waffle burger is only RM12.70 (after discount) which comes with 2 LARGE pieces of waffles and THICK meats! Such a good deal right? If you are small eater, I suggest you to share with your friend.

Okonomiyaki Waffle. Something different.

Walffeine also serves the sweet waffles in which you can add gelato as topping. I'm a fan of matcha dessert, so I topped up my waffle with their premium green tea gelato. It is really delicious and fixes my cravings. The green tea flavour is strong and the texture is smooth and nice!

I just can't wait to try the matcha gelato that I forgot to take a picture before I eat. I love it very matcha!

Being a matcha lover like me, Matcha Milk Tea here is something you must not missed.

One of their signature dessert. S'mores Chocolate waffle. (Source: instagram.com/walffeine)

We ordered a pot of flower tea and shared among 4 of us. It is quite cheap, only RM12 per pot and free refillable! The flower tea is a MUST-TRY here. They have a few selections: Pearl of the Orient, British Breakfast Tea, Earl Grey Lavender, Nymph of the Nile & Chamomile Dream.

Flower tea served in cute teapot

I'm a huge lover of rose flower tea, so I ordered their best-sellers Pearl of the Orient and Nymph of the Nile during my visits . Both  the flower tea have great smell of rose and the taste still remains very strong after we refilled the waters for a few times. So, flower tea becomes a must for us to order whenever we are there.

Looks good right? I will definitely revist Walffeine Cafe to try their waffle sandwich and also other flower tea. If you are planning to visit the cafe, go during lunch or dinner time during weekday to enjoy 20% discount. If you visit at other time but wish to get discount, then I suggest you to book through Offpeak.MY(click here) to enjoy discount from 2.30pm-5.30pm.
